                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                 SEWER EASEMENT FROM R. CORNEL ROBINSON AND
                 CLARA P. ROBINSON, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                 99C, MISCELLANEOUS SANITARY SEWERS REQUIREMENTS
                 CONTRACT, TRACT NO. 4, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF
                 FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($450.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from R. Cornel Robinson and Clara P. 

       Robinson, relative to Contract No. 99C, Miscellaneous Sanitary
       Sewers Requirements Contract, Tract No. 4, for a consideration of 

       $450.00.
